Provider Agreement

1. Eligibility

To register as a healthcare provider on KlarHealth, you must hold a valid German Approbation (medical license) or equivalent recognised in Germany. Physiotherapists, psychotherapists, and allied health professionals must hold appropriate German credentials.

2. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate professional information including qualifications, specializations, languages spoken, and insurance accepted. Misrepresentation may result in immediate account termination.

3. Patient Data

You are a data controller for patient health data accessed via KlarHealth and are responsible for compliance with GDPR and applicable German healthcare data law (BDSG, §203 StGB). You must not share patient data with unauthorised parties.

4. Appointment Obligations

You commit to honouring appointments booked through KlarHealth in good faith. You must provide reasonable notice for cancellations and respond to patient messages within a clinically appropriate timeframe.

5. Medical Records

Upon patient request and consent, you agree to provide post-appointment documentation (Arztbrief, lab results, prescriptions) through the platform within a reasonable timeframe, consistent with your legal obligations under §630f BGB.

6. Professional Standards

You remain bound by your professional code of conduct (Berufsordnung) and applicable German medical law at all times. KlarHealth does not supervise clinical practice.

7. Reviews

KlarHealth publishes patient reviews after moderation. You may not request or incentivise patients to post positive reviews or remove legitimate negative ones.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time with 30 days notice. KlarHealth may suspend accounts immediately for breach of this agreement, patient complaints, or loss of licensure.
