1. Acceptance

By using KlarHealth, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

KlarHealth is an online platform that connects patients with healthcare providers and provides AI-assisted healthcare navigation tools. We are not a medical provider and do not provide medical advice.

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: KlarHealth is an information and booking platform, not a medical service. AI-generated translations and assessments are for informational purposes only and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

4. User Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account (or 16+ with parental consent in Germany).
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information; false information may result in account termination.

5. Doctor Verification

Doctors must hold a valid German Approbation. KlarHealth verifies license numbers but cannot guarantee ongoing licensure status. Patients should confirm a doctor's credentials independently for critical care decisions.

6. Appointments

KlarHealth facilitates appointment booking but is not responsible for the quality of medical care provided. No-show fees may apply per individual practice policies. Cancellations must respect the practice's stated policy.

7. AI Features

AI translations and assessments are experimental tools. They may contain errors. Never make medical decisions based solely on AI-generated content. KlarHealth assumes no liability for errors in AI output.

8. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by German law, KlarHealth's liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after 30 days' notice of material changes constitutes acceptance.
